ClickBank Launch Direct Deposit & Improve The Admin Area
July 17, 2008 · Print This Article
While checking my ClickBank account today, I noticed a few things that were a little different. Let me explain!…
They have now offically launched their Direct Deposit meaning that there is no need in emailing customer service anymore asking them to set you up! You simply change the settings in your admin area and save the changes!
First of all, ClickBank require you to check the box for Direct Deposit! (Account Settings >> Payment Information Edit) - After that you need to enter your bank details into the section that pops up below.
All you need to enter is your Account Number along with the Sort Code. It’ll take you a matter of 10 minutes to setup, and if there is anything you don’t quite understand, then you can find some instructions provided in each section!
This is a GREAT improvement to ClickBank and it’s even better that we can change the setting ourselves! I bet there Customer Service were pretty busy before when they had to make the changes for us. The only way for ClickBank is up in my opinion!
Anyway if you haven’t already setup the Direct Deposits for your accounts, then what’s stopping you from doing it today?! (More info regarding the Direct Deposits can be found at their blog!)

Hi Mark
Great post and I want to thank you for letting us know about this important improvement.
I’ve now signed up for direct deposit as a result of this post.
Thanks again
Lee McIntyre
Hi Mark
Thanks for stopping by at my blog - so I thought I would return the favour!
Also, thanks for this great onfo on Clickbank Direct Payment - and although I have 4 Clickbank accounts setup with DP, I just opened another the other day.
Since CB have changed their admin layout I just tried to follow the instructions and thought I would add some info to our great post for your readers:
I COULDN’T follow the advice because according to Clickbank:
“You have not met the distribution requirements. An account must have first received three paper paychecks within any 90-day period before it is eligible to enroll in direct deposit.
You have made an update to your email address or password within the last seven days. If you have made a change to your email address or password you must first wait seven days before changing your payment method. ”
Just thoguht I’d let you know Mark!
All the best
Ray
Ah yes Ray, I thought there was a ‘twist in the tail’ somewhere, however I just wasn’t sure! The strange thing is that my main account has only had one cheque and it was setup when I emailed them about the Direct Deposits before.
I like the security though, when they say you can’t change the payment method for 7 days after you change your email and/or password then it stops a complete account hijack! (I’m not saying that it’s something that happens often, but you never know what some people are upto!)
Lee, having been out all day and had a few people ’slag’ me! (If that’s the best way to put it!) Your comment has made my day!
Not only are you going to save the hassle of trips to the bank, but you don’t need to pay anything to cash the cheques. A WIN-WIN sitiation fo both ourselves along with ClickBank themselves!
Thanks
Mark
Hi Mark,
I still can’t get it to work
I may have press the wrong button.
It doesnt give me the option, only the check payment box shows
Thanks
Keith
Nope Keith, I don’t think you’ve done anything wrong! - I just checked with a new ClickBank account I have and it comes up with the same thing!
The only thing it could possibly be is that you haven’t had 3 cheques from them. If I get a spare 5 minutes I’ll send an email over and see what’s happening.
It must have something to do with what Ray mentioned a little further up, and it does make sense!
Thanks
Mark
