@ Carol – You’re right about the upgrades thing, while they need to be done so that you are kept upto date regarding security and any new feaatures, you really hate having to do it! – I just feel sorry for people who maybe have multiple blogs! LOL

@ Colin – It definately does look GREAT, and I for one can’t wait! I can’t wait for November to come, although WordPress Theme authors are going to have fun updating their code so that it’s compatible!

Speaking of which, I do and don’t want to update when I first spot the new version available. Because the comments system is changing completely, the old code that we have in comments.php won’t work. (I have tried to read up on it a little, but there isn’t much info out, or I’ve been looking in the wrong place!)

Upgrades are one of those love/hate things for me.

I anxiously anticipate the added features. They are all exciting.

But I get comfortable with the expected. I like auto pilot. It allows me to multi-task while doing some of the things that have become second nature.

Here comes the wonderful upgrade and I have to learn all over. Some of us aren’t as tech-oriented as you. Wonder if I can blame that on my age?
