Great list Mark and a great resource. I agree, the roboform software is a must. Can you imagine writing out your details for logins etc time and time again. I must admit I haven’t really tried the open source stuff but heard good things about it.

If you do decide to go for RoboForm2Go I’d recommend getting their GoodSync software too.

If you change any of your passwords or add new ones for example GoodSync makes it really easy to make sure that both copies are up to date.

That’s the main reason why I put them in first John, without these tools, then I’m not sure how anyone would be able to work! I’m personally thinking about the RoboForm2Go version as there could be times when I switch computer and need access to whatever.

Hi Omarra, and many thanks for stopping by! I do appologise first of all that the link in the main text area wasn’t hyperlinking properly!

I’ve had a look at the site (If anyone is reading and wants a look, just click on Omarra’s name!) and it looks good. Without RoboForm, I really don’t know how people would get along with a username for this site and a password for another.

I actually love the RoboForm software myself. I use it all of the time and it takes all the menial everyday tasks that I have to perform on my computer daily and shortens them extremely! What once took me fifteen minutes to complete now takes me only one second because RoboForm does the same task with just one click. In fact I wrote a Report about a lot of RoboForm’s capabilities for use that aren’t even touched on in the User’s Manual for RoboForm. (You can check out that report by clicking on my name above.)

2 of the best resources there Mark. RoboForm in particular.

I can’t imagine having to type all my passwords for each and every site I visit each day.

RoboForm2Go is their portable version which you can carry around with you on a usb pen drive enabling access to your sites from any computer. I have both.
